 The latest addition to the Pickles household
is stealing all the thunder. Little Dil is the center of everyone's
attention and that doesn't sit well with Tommy or the other Rugrats.
To get back their star status Rugrat Stu creates his latest invention,
the 'Reptar Wagon', to return Dil back to the hospital. But things
don't work out according to the plan: the Rugrats get lost in
town and end up in a forest full of monkeys. Will Tommy and the
Rugrats find their way home? Will they reconcile their differences
with lil' Dil?
