and adapted by Oscar winner William Goldman, Hearts in Atlantis
tells the story of Bobby Garfield (Anton Yelchin), an 11-year-old
boy growing up in Connecticut in 1960. Bobby is befriended by
Ted Brautigan (Anthony Hopkins), a man renting a room in their
house who becomes a father figure to Bobby. Ted, however, soon
reveals that he has a special psychic gift.
