About This Site
RaveReviews was founded in 1997 on the premise that every
movie should have a bibliography. RaveReviews was created to
make it easier for us, the general movie-going public, to find
available tie-in materials for current and classic movies. We
take tie-ins one step further.... not only do we include the
obvious tie-ins (books that a movie was based on, soundtracks,
books spawned from movies) but also books or other tie-ins that
for some reason seem topically related to the movie. That is
why you will find books on Mars on the "My Favorite Martian"
page, books on capital punishment on "The Green Mile"
page, and books on bad teachers on the "Teaching Mrs. Tingle"
page. We figure there are others out there like us, who like
to watch movies and who like to read and even better when the
two can coincide. Our tie-in selections are linked to Amazon.com
for your convenience, where you can choose to buy them or not.
