Suspecting that his lover Marion Davies (Kirsten Dunst) was having
an affair with Charlie Chaplin (Eddie Izzard), publisher William
Randolph Hearst (Edward Herrmann) shoots at Chaplin, accidentally
shooting Thomas Ince (Cary Elwes) instead. Loosely based on events
that may have actually taken place. Jennifer Tilly plays Louella
Parsons, a gossip columnist who found out about the secret murder.
Directed by Peter Bogdanovich.
